Client Success Operations Coordinator (1099 Contractor) REMOTE

The Client Operations Project Coordinator supports the Client Success and Operations teams by assisting with project-based and process-driven tasks that enhance team performance and client satisfaction. This individual helps execute initiatives, tracks task progress, ensures CRM data accuracy, and contributes to operational audits and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project and Task Support:
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing operational and client-related projects
- Track assigned project tasks and ensure timely follow-up with team members
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Document meeting notes, action items, and maintain up-to-date project records
CRM & Data Management:
- Regularly update client and project records in TRAX (CRM system)
- Assist in gathering and inputting client data for open enrollment and renewal readiness
- Maintain data accuracy, monitor completion of task workflows, and report discrepancies
Process Documentation & QA:
- Support quality assurance efforts through audits and data validation
- Help maintain process documentation and contribute to the standardization of templates
- Identify workflow issues and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Client Engagement Managers, Specialists, and internal departments
- Coordinate with operations and training teams on rollouts of revised procedures
- Attend team huddles and project check-ins, providing timely task updates and support
- Assist in onboarding setup for new hires (workspace, tech, documentation)

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent – college is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or administrative support role.
- Ability to lift packages and mail – typically up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in a corporate remote setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in cloud environments as well as MS Office Suite, HR software systems and scanning.
