At Decisely, Compliance Services is not a back-office function. It’s a client-facing, revenue-generating service line that helps businesses navigate ACA, ERISA, and benefits compliance with confidence.
We’re looking for a leader who can bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to a fast-growing, high-impact function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead & Develop the Team
- Manage and coach a team of Compliance Consultants
- Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and elevate performance
- Build a team that delivers consistently and confidently
Own Daily Execution
- Run operations: workflows, queues, SLAs, and priorities
- Ensure work is accurate, on time, and scalable
- Step in when needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
Deliver Client-Facing Compliance
- Serve as a senior point of contact for complex compliance matters
- Support delivery of:
- ACA tracking & 1094/1095 filings
- Form 5500, ERISA documentation, PCORI
- ICHRA-related compliance support
- Translate regulations into clear, actionable guidance for clients
Strengthen & Scale the Function
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
- Improve workflows and build repeatable processes
- Support growth of a $1M+ compliance services business

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Experience inemployee benefits, ACA reporting, or compliance services
- Strong working knowledge of:
- ACA (1094/1095)
- ERISA / Form 5500 (preferred)
- Experience leading a team or owning operational outcomes
- Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work
- Confidence in client-facing situations and escalations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4–7+ years of experience in:
- Employee benefits administration, ACA compliance, or related regulated environments
- OR operations / service delivery roles within insurtech, TPA, broker, or HR tech organizations
Working knowledge of:
- ACA compliance and reporting (Forms 1094/1095)
- Benefits compliance frameworks (ERISA, Form 5500 preferred)
- Prior experience leading a team or owning operational execution
Experience managing:
- high-volume, deadline-driven workflows
- service levels, SLAs, and quality standards
Strong ability to:
- prioritize work and manage competing demands
- identify and resolve issues proactively
Confident communicator with ability to:
- support client conversations
- handle escalations professionally
